Manchester United and Arsenal have reportedly entered the race to sign Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar next summer.
The Slovakian is about to enter the final six months of his Inter contract but he has yet to be convinced over a renewal.
He will be free to speak with foreign clubs in January and Fichajes claim that multiple Premier League sides want him.
Among them are the Gunners and Red Devils, who are aiming to strengthen their options at the heart of the defence.
Arsenal currently have Gabriel Magalhaes and William Saliba as the regular centre-backs, but the latter could leave.
His current deal expires next summer with the option for 12 months. If he rejects a renewal, he will likely be sold.
United, on the other hand, are still searching for the perfect partner for Lisandro Martinez, who joined this summer.
Raphael Varane has impressed on several occasions, but the Frenchman has been largely injury-prone during his career.
