Man Utd star ready to snub Barcelona for new contract

Manchester United defender Diogo Dalot is set to reject Barcelona by committing his long-term future to the Red Devils.
The Portuguese has been a key player under manager Erik ten Hag this term and he has only missed games through fitness concerns.
Dalot’s current deal expires in the summer of 2024 and talks are now underway between United and his representative over a fresh deal.
The 23-year-old international is presently one of the lowest earners at Old Trafford. He is currently on only 25,000 pounds per week.
He is likely to demand around 100,000 pounds weekly to prolong his stay and reports claim that United are likely to meet his requirements.
The news will come as a huge blow for Barcelona, who have been keeping an eye on him with a view to a summer transfer approach.
If Dalot pens a new contract at United, Barcelona won’t have the opportunity to sign him on a cut-price deal at the end of the campaign.
